How far in advance do I need to schedule?
I recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance, but I do accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever possible. Reach out and I'll do my best to make it work.
What should I bring to my signing appointment?
Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready (driver's license or passport). For loan signings, the title company or lender will provide all required documents.
Are you available on weekends and evenings?
Yes — I'm available 7 days a week, including evenings, to accommodate busy schedules and time-sensitive closings.
